Deputy Mayor Councillor Dennis Steadman, his wife and Deputy Mayoress Mrs Carole Steadman and The Rainbow Centre’s Helen Somerset-How joined young Rainbow Girlguides for some festive cupcake decorating at Fareham Shopping Centre.
The local Girlguides gave up their Thursday evenings on three occasions throughout December and all proceeds have gone to The Rainbow Centre.
