Is your dad disastrous?

Fareham Shopping Centre is on the hunt for the most Disastrous Dad in the area. In celebration of Father’s Day, on 17^th June this year, the mall has launched the tongue-in-cheek competition in honour of those funny yet sometimes embarrassing fathers out there.

Maybe your dad is shockingly bad at DIY? Or does he need a visit from the fashion police? If any of this sounds familiar, your dad is a prime candidate for the competition and could be in with a chance of walking away with the grand prize. 

To nominate your dad, pick up an entry form from within the Centre and tell us in no more than 100 words why your dad is so disastrous. Not only will the winning father be crowned the most Disastrous Dad, but you’ll also win him an amazing Father’s Day prize package bursting with goodies from Debenhams, Boots Opticians, Marks & Spencer and Boots including a voucher for an eye test and one pair of glasses to the value of ￡250, men's fragrance and skin care gift set and a manly hamper of Father’s Day gifts.

Pam Marsden, Centre Director at Fareham Shopping Centre, said: “We wanted to celebrate Father’s Day in a slightly different way this year by having some fun and encouraging our shoppers to tell us about the amusing and cringeworthy things their dad’s do. We’re expecting some very entertaining entries!”
