Shopping Centre's support
is 'bloomin' marvellous
At the annual Fareham in Bloom awards last week, Fareham Shopping Centre was acknowledged for their continuous support to the community, by trustees of the South & South East in Bloom.
The judges awarded the Centre with their Certificate of Excellence for their dedication and support in promoting Fareham in Bloom, the gardening initiative involving communities throughout the Borough, that encourages more bright and vibrant planting schemes to help make Fareham a better place to live and work.
The awards evening, held at Ferneham Hall, was compered by the Centre’s own Manager, Pam Gillard. ‘This lovely award came as a complete surprise!’ Pam commented. ‘Fareham in Bloom is a wonderful initiative to keep the town looking attractive and colourful. We are very proud and honoured to pick up such a prestigious award.’
