Fareham Shopping Centre gave thousands of hopeful shoppers a festive chance to win a Christmas Hamper worth £150 as part of our‘Magical Christmas Moments’ promotion. One lucky winner and two runners-up have now been drawn.

 

Entrants were asked to write down their most favourite Christmas moments - the thing that makes Christmas truly special for them. The magic moments wall opposite the Bhs Restaurant has displayed some of the best moments over the past 4 weeks, and now a top ten list has been compiled. Out of the hundreds of entries received, the most popular Christmas moment is… ‘watching children’s faces light up’. Close contenders for the top spot include ‘decorating the tree’ and ‘being with family’. Check out the full list by clicking here.

 

Dave Kirby from Gosport scooped the top prize and Kathleen Jones from Gosport and Nina Belcher from Fareham each won Christmas Hampers worth £75.  

 

Pam Gillard, Centre Manager, says: “We have tried really hard to keep Christmas special this year. We’ve had a packed programme of festive music and carols, and there has been an exciting chance for young shoppers to win Ferneham Hall Pantomime tickets and Butlins’ tickets from Thomas Cook in our Christmas colouring competition.”
