Fareham Shopping Centre received thousands of entries from shoppers in the run-up to Mother’s Day, during its “Mother’s Day Magic” competition. On offer was the opportunity to win an indulgent selection of gifts for three special mums, and the lucky winners have now been announced.
Surprised mum, Carrie McSwan from Fareham, has won first prize thanks to her daughter Ella, aged 10. Carrie received a whole selection of prizes including flowers from M&S, gifts from Bhs, a hair treatment from Regis and beauty products from The Body Shop. The two runners-up, Alexa Hughes and Denise Law, also received gifts from these stores.
Centre Manager, Pam Gillard, says: “It was our pleasure to make this Mother’s Day one that these three mums will not forget. The unprecedented number of entries just goes to show how much our shoppers value their mothers – it was lovely to see so many families around the Centre on Mother’s Day, spending quality time together doing a spot of shopping.”
