Fareham Shopping Centre has a whole host of Easter fun lined up over the school holidays, including an Easter Egg Hunt. Young shoppers can win a bundle of Easter goodies and tasty treats from card and gift specialist ‘From the Heart’ by finding five brightly coloured eggs hidden on the floor around the Centre.
Centre Director Pam Marsden explains: “Each egg displays a letter of the alphabet. Simply unscramble the five letters to make a word, write it on an entry form located around the Centre and the first three lucky winners drawn will win. The competition runs until Saturday 10th April so there’s plenty of time to take part.”
Salty the Seagull will also be out and about on Easter Saturday and Monday - giving away some cool Easter bunny sticker sheets. By returning these as well, kids can double their chances of winning.
Pam adds: “I know how difficult it can be keep the children busy over the holidays, so we try to do our bit to keep them entertained. As well our egg hunt and sticker competition, on Good Friday and Easter Monday there’s FREE Easter face painting outside the Body Shop, where kids can have a makeover with a difference – so look out for lots of Easter bunnies, chicks and colourful eggs wandering around the Centre!
“And don’t forget to pick up your Easter Eggs at Thornton’s or From the Heart or perhaps try something different this year, such as a children’s book from Waterstone’s, art and craft supplies from The Works or a toy from the Early Learning Centre.”
