Terms and conditions for entering Fareham Shopping Centre Prize Promotions / competitions

Shopping Centre prize promotion/competition terms can be found on specific publicity material which may be found in advertisements, press releases and media articles.   

Data provided, such as email addresses, becomes the property of Fareham Shopping Centre and will not be shared with a third party unless the entry information gives further options such as sharing data with a shop tenant who may have donated a prize.  An ‘opt out’ clause is always available.

If written entries are needed these should be returned to the mail box near to Vision Express.

If web entries are admissible these should be registered online at www.farehamshopping.com

Unless stated otherwise only one entry per shopper is allowed.

Entries are only admissible from shoppers aged 16 or over except for children’s competitions specifically for those under 16 who have their parents’/guardian’s permission.

Winners must be willing to collect their prize from the Centre at the date/time stated on entry information and agree to take part in publicity.  This will include photography which may be used in future marketing material and released to the press.

Only the official entry form is valid.

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

All shoppers can take part except those who work at stores / concessions / Centre Management of Fareham Shopping Centre and their family members.

We cannot take any responsibility for lost entry forms or any damage, losses or injuries related to the lucky draw or prize.

Closing dates for entries can be found with publicity material for every prize promotion / competition.

Winners will be announced on our website www.farehamshopping.com and notified as soon as possible by the Centre.

By entering the competition and supplying your information you consent to receive relevant promotional material and offers by email.

Competitions are judged by Centre Management of the shopping centre and their decision is final.  No correspondence will be entered into.

By entering our prize promotions all entrants will be deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions.  Good luck!
